Full Journal pdf2017-04-14 Senate Journal Page 0956 SB 26 Senator Micciche moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26(FIN) "An Act relating to an appropriation limit; relating to the budget responsibilities of the governor; relating to the Alaska permanent fund, the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund, and the earnings reserve account; relating to the mental health trust fund; relating to deposits into the dividend fund; relating to the calculation and payment of permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective date" (page 924), thus adopting: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26(FIN)(efd fld H) "An Act relating to an appropriation limit; relating to the budget responsibilities of the governor; relating to the Alaska permanent fund, the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund, and the earnings reserve account; relating to the mental health trust fund; relating to deposits into the dividend fund; and relating to the calculation and payment of permanent fund dividends." (technical title change) and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments?" YEAS: 4 NAYS: 16 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Egan, Gardner, Olson Nays: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Giessel, Hoffman, Hughes, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson and so, the Senate failed to concur. The Secretary was requested to notify the House of the Senate's action and request the House to recede from its amendments.
